I do have a problem understanding the process for submitting Arrears Salary PF. In our company, we provided an increment effective from July, retroactive to April 2012. However, I am unable to file the Arrears Salary PF in the ECR system. How should I proceed, considering we have already submitted the monthly contribution for April 2012?

There are columns for the main salary at the beginning of the Excel format. When we file arrears into Excel, would it be compulsory to fill in the main salary and arrears, or is it sufficient to only input arrears wages?
