- By outsourcing to pre-employment screening service
- Screenings performed by in-house recruitment team
- Recruitment tests
- During the interview process by questioning candidates on the time lapse between degrees and employment
- Inconsistent information on employee history/salary history
- By verifying credentials
- Reference check - It is always good to ask for numbers that are not listed by the candidate. Usually, the candidate will give a number of those who will speak positively about him/her.
