Yes, for me, it is also happening. Now it is the 3rd month after joining. Why are these people behaving like this? We don't know. I have emailed the same from my personal email to the branch as well as HR persons. Nobody is responding to the emails or calls. What is the solution for this? Please provide us with a solution.

Dear Praveen,
First of all, do not get tensed. I hope you have undergone all the procedures for a smooth exit from the company. Please send a registered letter with acknowledgment due to your company to request your original certificates, relieving letter, and experience certificate.
Keep a copy of that letter and the acknowledgment card received from the Post Office duly accepted by your HR team. Keep copies of your resignation letter, clearance certificate, and any other correspondence that took place between you, your management, and your HR department.
With all the above details, you can approach the Labour Commissioner's office (as your finance company is registered under the S&E Act) and submit a complaint against your ex-employer. The Labour Commissioner will take appropriate action if your salary/wage is within Rs. 18,000/- per month. If your salary is above Rs. 18,000/-, please file a civil suit in the district court concerned under which the company has jurisdiction.
