Very good post. Especially the line 'Help other people to cope with their problems and your own will be easier to cope with' reveals the reality. If one follows the same, then life would be the best and made more simple and lovable. Thanks a lot and please continue the same.

Hi, I liked what you said, and it reminded me of something I read from a book called 'As a Man Thinketh' by James Allen.
"Every thought-seed sown or allowed to fall into the mind, and to take root there, produces its own, blossoming sooner or later into act, and bearing its fruitage of opportunity and circumstance. Good thoughts bear good fruit, bad thoughts bear bad fruit. The outer world of circumstances shapes itself to the inner world of thought, and both pleasant and unpleasant external conditions are factors that make for the ultimate good of the individual. As the reaper of his own harvest, man learns both of suffering and bliss."
Basically, in the same way, we are advised that we are what we eat, I propose that we are what we think. So, in retrospect, we should guard our hearts and minds from external negatives.
