If a present ESI members\'s salary exceeds Rs.15000/- due to increment then please clarify whether,
1) he will continues to be a member of ESI?
2) he has to contribute in ESI?
3) will he get benefit from ESI still now?

If you are revise the salary middle of the contribution period you have to deduct and pay upto the end of the contribution period.
He will eligible for benefits till next six months.

Will he not get benefit from ESIC after benefit period of next six month if salary exceed Rs.15000/- within current contribution period? i.e. his ESI membership and benefit will be stopped. Please confirm.
