Leave Distribution: According to the factory act, 240 days should be completed for 20 days of leave (1 leave per 20 days).
For example, if X employee joins the company on February 1, 2011, and is confirmed on July 31, 2011, X has just completed 160 days at the time of confirmation. This means he needs to work 60 more days to be eligible for leave as per the factory act.
Could you please clarify what his leave status would be from February 1, 2011, to December 31, 2011?

Hi Dear,
Thank you very much for sharing such a nice PPT. I have one doubt about EPF. I posted in the discussion also but have not received the appropriate answer. I hope you could guide. The discussion is pasted below:
Hello All,
I just want to clarify some points regarding PF:
1. If my PF is deposited for 6 months in my PF account and I am withdrawing my PF amount after 12 months, in this case, would the interest be calculated for 6 months or for 12 months? Also, would they consider the processing timings?
2. I have submitted my PF claim application form from my old company, but they have not deposited that form in the EPF office for the last 4 months. Can we take any legal action?
