Leave Distribution: According to the factory act, 240 days should be completed for 20 days of leave (1 leave per 20 days).
For example, if X employee joins the company on February 1, 2011, and is confirmed on July 31, 2011, X has just completed 160 days at the time of confirmation. This means he needs to work 60 more days to be eligible for leave as per the factory act.
Could you please clarify what his leave status would be from February 1, 2011, to December 31, 2011?

2. I have submitted my PF claim application form from my old company, but they have not deposited that form in the EPF office for the last 4 months. Can we take any legal action?
