Appreciate your concern, dear member. With due respect to your viewpoint, not everyone is blessed with good writing skills. So, as long as the article doesn't hurt anyone, I see no harm in good thoughts being spread.

The best way to spread information is not to copy and paste, but to provide a link to where one can find the article. This helps to avoid unintended plagiarism or copyright violations.
For example, I found the original source of a story posted at http://<i>&lt;link outdated-remo...> #post1889621. The source is &quot;UNLESS I AM SURE...&quot;, which carries the following note at the bottom of the page: FROM: Leahlyn A. Guloy, Beautiful Story (excerpt). It is not a question of harming anybody; it is about giving respect to others' efforts and contributions, which in turn will boost your own self-respect.

I do agree that "copy & paste" is not a good practice. But there are many freshers and students on this site who are in need of good information; so once they find it, they are just copying it. It takes some time for freshers and students to gain experience and contribute their own ideas. Even though I am a fresher, I am about to start my career as an HR Executive on Monday. With only theoretical knowledge, I feel a little scared as I can't depend on or seek help from anyone else in my office. So I am also searching for a lot of HR resources on this site.
