This is in reference to my PF withdrawal and I am facing issue in getting my PF'
I joined a company in 2006 in Dehradun and worked there till 2008. After my resignation I went abroad and could not apply for my PF
After my return to India in 2009, I got to know that the company has changed all its management it has been acquired by some other owner, which has office in Gurgaon & PF formalities can be taken care from gurgaon office only.
After numerous trials I contacted the right person in that company at Gurgaon office and I was asked to fill up PF form and send all my documents to them. I sent all the paperwork and form to them in March 2012 and till now nothing has moved .. when I try to contact the HR of that company, they disconnect the call and are not responding to my emails and I m clueless how to get my money.. Its been almost an year now that I am trying to get my PF from this company. I have moved to Bangalore now and its not even possible for me to go to Gurgaon office and check in person what is going on
m realllly looking forward if anyone can help me with this problem and I can get my PF

Hi Ms Monica
In that case you shall request for Transfer of your PF account if you are working. It will be easy process. If not only was is to meet the HR of that company or ask any of your friends or relatives to meet concerned person.
The last option is to meet the PF commissioner of that area. He can help to get PF amount :)

just fill the form 19 and 10c then approved by the any gazzeted officer and then send to the regional PF office directly.

Akhil, If I send the form directly to regional PF office, do I need to send all the documents as well as the company asked me to send the following docs and I sent the originals to them and left with only photo copies:

No, You only need to send the self attested photocopy of Bank passbook or front page of cheque book so that they could verify the bank details mentioned in the form 19 & 10 c.
you also need to mention your contact no on top right of both the forms.

Hi,
In my opinion, you have to submit an application also with withdrawal form stating your issue that facing dificulties to get the employer signature.....it will be more effective.
Take care of all receipts of PF.

Hence we would request you to submit the below mentioned documents immediately for onward submission with the PF office :
