We recently learnt that my Father who passed away in june 2010, had been contributing to the Family pension scheme before retirement(Oct 1992).But he never recd any pension..Please help me to apfile a claim so that my mother can receive the pension or at least recover all the capital.thanks

If date of retirement in Oct 1992 and date of death in June 2010, there is no room for a pension. He might have applied and recieved the one time withdrawal benefit at the time of retirement. Kindly check up with the employer and PF authorities.
