The only way to motivate employees daily is by creating a work environment that fosters motivation. This can be supplemented by other daily motivational inputs.
The external inputs to motivate daily could include sharing a motivational quote of the day, having some sort of contests/ dress code/ activity/ games etc. The limitations of these are that they get repetitive; the person who has to get it organized will run out of ideas and of course over time the whole motivational program gets stale.
