Just I go through the radiography SOP see the below comments for your view;
- Purpose and Scope must be in same section those are convey the same message.
- After the responsibilities section you must add the PROCEDURE of the work it must be addressed on your SOP.
- After procedure; TRAINING section should be add on your SOP its includes qualification and designated competent person of Radiography work.
- In personal protective equipment section u mentioned FIRST AID KID (Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) includes all clothing and other work accessories designed to create a barrier against workplace hazards. Examples include safety goggles, blast shields, hard hats, hearing protectors, gloves, respirators, aprons, and work boots). First aid kid and other equipments its's not a PPE.
- Add the emergency contact numbers including Local fire station on Emergency response planning.
- Finally add a Reference i.e.,, Factoy act , OSHA etcc.,,,
