This is Kavitha.I have 2 years & 10 months experience as a software engineer(PLSQL,Oracle developer).
I am doing my MBA(regular - 1st year)I am gonna choose HR as my specialization.I just want to know what is Oracle HRMS.Is that really worth to choose as my specialization(i know the basics of oracle,sql,pl sql)It would be better if some one could explain me clearly about oracle hrms, its importance and its scope.Or if u would like to suggest me some other course please do let me know the details about the course.I just want to develop my career and knowledge too.
