Is it good path? And is there any career Growth for PA?

in my idea the only limit for human is sky,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, as personal assistant exactly I do not know your working in which type of company and what is your company profile + your TOR but as person that i started from zero and currently I am working as Human Resource generalist in UN if you work hard noting is impossible for you to do not achieve it, Do not worry and go ahead.

In the month of May I will conduct the training programme titled "Secretaryship to Managership". One of the topics of discussion would be career planning for secretaries.
You may attend this training programme. It will be conducted at Bangalore. It is marketed by some other training company, however, they may market it at other cities like Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai etc.

Dear Akriti,
Regret to say that Pune is little market. Margins are not that high. Therefore, training companies have to reduce their margin per force. Therefore, it may not be viable for us to do the programme there. Nevertheless, if I do this programme there, I will intimate you.

Dear Venkat, Why are you so worried now? There is a proverb - 'Look before you leap' . You should have decide before you join this organisation in such a position. Secondly you are a Personal Assistant and not a 'Personnel Assistant'. Now see - you have been working close liaison with Head of the Plant and you have full access of studying all policies, proposals, financial results, techno-commercial aspects of the company and it will enrich your all out knowledge of Business administration. So friend dip into the sea and explore the vast and we are sure that if you spiritually devote yourself into the day to day functions of the company you will definitely enrich yourself and your prospect will be higher in the near future.
