Dear All,
I am the person who has been terminated due to background verification and false documents from one of private sector bank.
Basically I am admitting that due to somebodies\' influence I have done a big mistake of my life and gave wrong information and document for my previous employer.
Now the thing is that:
1) The termination would be applicable for the particular bank for lifetime but for other banks and other industry what should be the timeline?
2) If I am saying to employer about the mistake they asking me only one thing that \"why you want to show this to us?\" in reply of this i have only words that I have done mistake one time which i didnt want to repeat again thought it would be cost of enemploynment....
3) To come out from this termination what should I ask my employer bank for the standard relieving process?
4) In future should I show my termination or not? (dont want to do this infact)....
having lot more queries.... please suggest for these.
