Now a day i'm working on a casestudy of a company which deals in Mineral Processes. For understanding, let me give a brief introduction of this company working...
It brings large mineral stones from outside the country. After processing and grinding these large stones, it produces a fluffy powders of it and then supply it to Paint, Ink, paper manufacturers.
Their R & D department is working good. Performing QC properly. But in-spite of that, they have no proper defined structure. Neither a properly managed SCM department.
I need guidance to develop this organization's reporting structure.
