Dear All HR Gurus,
Greetings for the Day !!!
I am working as a Senior Manager - HRD for a Plastic Manufacturing Unit in
Haryana. Right now I am in a process of formulation of HR Policies and
Strategies i.e HR Policy Manual and Employee Handbook.
Can anyone suggest me about "COMPENSATION RESTRUCTURING" , "SALARY
BENCHMARKING" methods.
I have already created Job Codes , Gradings as per Experiences and
Competencies matrix . But I am finally stuck on finalizing Employee Grading
wise Salary Range to be offered.
Kindly help me out.
