Hi everyone,
I'm facing a small problem while conducting a reference check on my Sales staff.
Plz find attached the present reference check form...this form is to lengthy and the policy I need to follow, is to take reference's of the Sales executives clients and not of his employer.
These Clients are always busy and cannot answer all the questions.
Plz note that my objective is to recruit the right person for the right job and the reason we choose to speak to the client is because is sales the client is the most important part of the business.
Kindly pass on some suggestions A.S.A.P.
