A number of people are there who learned English by dint of dedication and sincere interest. Many sources are available to learn it. You can start off by reading comics/novels published in English. Having read the story, try to speak that story without reading again and record your voice. You will realize where you do commit mistakes and then can correct them accordingly.
Be patient while learning as it may take more than a year.

The fact that you have identified the problem area itself is a good symptom for diagnosing the problem. Please understand that any language learning is a process and it takes practice to arrive at a reasonable degree of language proficiency. I have undergone the most difficult period of language learning in business, especially in the early stage of my career.
According to me, I have learned spoken, written English proficiency, and dictation skills only through constant writing and reading for nearly 2 years. I used to write and write letters from the business files maintained for the company's business correspondence on a variety of subjects. That helped me to stand on a very firm platform.
That has helped me now to become a language trainer in English for a cross-section of individuals.
