Hi folks!!
I am Back with a killer story, have a quick look....
A son came running to his dad. “Dad……….dad” he yelled. “Where are you?” this question was echoing in the whole house.
“I am here in the garden” he noticed his dad standing in the garden watering the plants. The boy went up to him.
He literally shouted on his dad “You know dad, when I will grow up I will become an astronaut. They do cool things” as a seven year old kid, his excitement was justified.
“You should” his dad gave him a cold reply.
After few years the boy grew up into a handsome hunk, One day after coming from the school he threw his bag on the bed, directly went up to his dad and declared” I want to be a model……....so many people have complimented that I look like one. So why not…….”
His dad was sitting on an arm chair,he smiled at him, looked straight into his eyes and said” you should……”
It is the most tragic day of his life. Today he lost his mother in an unfortunate accident; From his repenting arguments with the doctor it can be made out that his mother could have been saved if there would have been a doctor in the area.
somehow he had controlled his tears till now but when he saw his dad coming from front. he started crying insanely.
“Dad.....dad” he was crying made his throat chocked. His dad hugged him tightly.
“Don`t cry my son” his dad`s consoling words were sounding fake as he himself was crying.
“I………I………I wanna be a doctor; dad” he said.
For a few moments his dad remained silent.
“You know son…………………, this world doesn`t demand that you be an astronaut, model, lawyer or a doctor, It does `t care what you are, but it does require that you be a master in whatever you undertake”

This story hit me hard as I am not specialized in any domain of HR but have significant experience in most of the HR domains, and it hurts when someone questions me, 'what is your specialization in HR'.

Very nice story. One more thing, one should not keep nagging and complaining to others; instead, one should take responsibility to become the master or an idiot. Enjoy life... it is meant to be enjoyed, not wasted.
