What details you needs for PF.For PF withdrawal you have to filled form 19 and 10 c after two months of resgined the service .we can say that after full and final settlement of company where you worked.
Some employee like to transfer the same a/c for another organization for that you have to filled FORM -13.

Thanks a lot for the forms.Please let me know if these forms are applicable in all states?Suppose i have worked in AP and now i want to either withdraw or transfer my PF,can i use these forms?Or i will have to get it from AP?
