"A winner is not the one who never fails, but the one who never quits"
A person working in EHS Deparment has to demonstrate the above phrase many times. At times he has to come up boldly and stand committed for his role. This may be difficult but not impossible.
During the Trainings which I conduct I often use the attached presentation.
As per my own experience this is very useful to create successor.
Try it if not tried so far.
