Dear Sir,
I am working as a Personal Assistant to the CMD in a Private Limited Company. It has become a habitual practice in our company to play music in the office, chat with someone during working hours, especially with female colleagues. I would like to issue a circular to maintain office decorum in our company. Could you please provide me with a sample circular that I can use to communicate this message to everyone in our company?
Thank you,
Harish B. Tote

Dear Harish,
I would suggest you to help the team to have high self-esteem, which includes honoring time and rules in a human touch relationship dimension. If such efforts are not yielding desired results, then try with seniors and conduct fitting training. Be proactive in your approach.
Thanks
