Dear HR's
I am working in a private company. They have now planned to introduce PF. *My questions are like if a employees Pf account is opened, is the account a universal account, like the same account can used in case you change over to a different company any where in India.
*My second question is that I was working in a company for about 10 months & i have not resigned because i had a bond there. But the Pf for the 10 months have not been encashed. What is the procedure to encash the same.
Kindly guide me in the matters

Well its good that they are going to apply this in your organization. Second, yes there is a procedure to use old EPF account (With old Employer) with new employer by transfer of EPF account and to know about all this procedure and more, I would suggest you to please do visit on weblink below
- https://www.citehr.com/47858-pf-transfer.html
- EPF (PF) Transfer and Form 13

About your second question, you said that you were on Bond/Contract Employment and have never resigned. Why?? And if you have never resigned and changed your job, it means you are declared absconded by them and they are not going to authorised your EPF CLAIM FORM which is really important to withdraw your EPF amount. I would suggest you to meet your old employer and clear your issues first and filled the EPC withdrawal form.
It seems there are something more what you wanna share with us but….well if is it, then feel free to share..
