ISO 9001 standard is avl for approx 300/- from Bureau of Indian standards, Manak Bhavan, ITO, Delhi or BSI Global website.
there are plenty of companies on the web selling "Templates" of all procedures/ polices etc ranging from 100$- 1000 $.
thrid option is: I am an auditor for ISO 9001/ ISO27001 etc...
just read the standard 3-4 times, think on how you can implement the same in your company.
for eg "Record" can be kept on a blackboard, a 5 Rupee notebook, million dollar systems.
ISO 9001 is generic and truly universal....
