Hi Abhi,
Here is the path for the creation of the Payroll Area:
SPRO -- IMG -- Personnel Management -- Personnel Administration -- Organizational Data -- Organizational Assignment -- Create payroll area
Payroll Area is used to group employees whose payroll is run with the same frequency and payment date in the organization. The Control Record can be created via T Code PA03. For more details, please check the following group: <link outdated-removed>
