Hi,
One game, that can be used here, is how much people know their colleagues. This is like the game that has been used for spouses, I am sure people would know each other better.
Or you can try the rope game, where you can have two ropes about 50 m each and then have two groups, the two groups have to form the geometrical shapes, the catch is that all the team members would close their eyes and the leader would be directing one person at a time, with one instruction and that too only directions like move to left/right/forward or backwards).
