We are an International Logistics & Freight forwarding company with corporate office at BKC. We have about total 20 employees coming from Bandra & Kurla station. there are auto rickshaw's charging Rs.12/- & private vehicles (sumo, qualis,innova) charging Rs.15/- per person
We want to start pick up & drop facility as it is very difficult to get auto or private vehicles during peak hours. Please suggest best means because the quotes we have got from service providers are extremely high (21K for smaller vehicles & 60-70K for mini bus) & per person per day cost comes around Rs.150/-.
Kindly suggest other means, like can we talk to few taxi drivers to run for given timings, or are these rates fine?

best way to get your own 2nd hand vehicle like- mini bus or any 10 to 20 sitter vehicle along with driver.
so you can use it any time and any where you want.
also, it is cost effective instead of wasting money on 60 - 70 k for mini bus for rent per month.

you will get it well and good 2nd hand vehicle in Mumbai (a heart of India) anywhere .
