Thanks for your huge response to analysis of Corporate Goal using "DSVAP" Method. Now, we will see how effective action plan can be build for solving Organisational Problems. We often think on various organisational problem like
1) How to improve efficiency of the Employee ?
2) How to bring discipline without getting harsh with Employees ?
3) How to generate additional revenue for the company?
and many more now lets consider 3rd problem:
"How to generate additional revenue for the company?"
Here, one can say hire professional company to develop new service/ product for your company. It can be costly affair so can you think of alternate ways ?
So, try writing down action plan on paper using Brainstorming with your colleagues or write your own action plan. Now, compare your action plan with one made with "DSVAP" method in the attached document. I am sure you will find many additional points which needs attention to build effective solution.
