I an working one MNc comapny. The quistion is that gratiety is applicable from joining date or confirmation date. Which date i can calculate for gratuity. Joining date or Confirmation date.
If the employee joine as on probation perid. After completion of probation period( 6 months) he has confirmed. So gratuity is calculated from Date of joining Or Date of confirmation.

Dear friend The gratuity is applicable even from the date of training. If there is no training period you can calculate from the date of joining. regards alphonse
