Dear Members,

Greetings!

The entire country came united as one in the fight against corruption in the India Against Corruption movement led by social activist Shri. Anna Hazare.

As rightly articulated by Mr. Hazare and Mahatma Gandhi, we have to be the change that we seek.

Interestingly, in 2005, we at Adept designed and developed a program on Integrity. Originally intended for government departments that were looking forward to a more integral and stable workforce and to change the public perception around the same through a changed mindset of staff members, this was equally applicable to companies that have a strong focus on Integrity as an organizational value.

I am extremely pleased to share with you the details about the most important training program of our age - ICE (Integrity, Compassion, and Emotional Maturity).

Post the Anna Hazare Movement, it has become imperative for government departments and government-funded organizations to change the organizational culture through a structured intervention to change the mindset.

This program is available for in-house/off-site delivery across the country. As a reinforcement to ensure a Corruption-Free India, we are pleased to share that wherever you want this program to happen, the T & L expenses will not be charged to the client organization. They will be on us. This is one of the ways for us to do our little bit.

For any further queries/information, please feel free to reach out to me at the contact details given below.

I am for the fight against corruption. But I am not for Anna Hazare! It is artificial and looks like it is stage-managed by Kejriwal and team. It looks like Anna has no say in it, perhaps being backed by corporates and foreign grants.

Dear Mr. Rangachari,

Thank you for your update. I appreciate your opinion. One good thing that has come out of the movement is that the middle class of India is not a sleeping giant. We sincerely salute this sentiment.

Regards
