I need a sample of the ppt for the induction programme of the new joiners. I need some idea how to go about it. Something that's interesting as well provides the required information. Would that be different for experienced & freshers lot. Also, any suggestions w.r.t the induction session for making it more interactive would be welcome.

Hello Axita Mehta,
If your company website has a website you can intro start from there for new joinees. Of course the new joinees have to be oriented in detail on:
- other departments
- their JD and performance indicators
- help them understand Policies and procedures
- growth prospects
- clarify all the queries the new staff might have
- schedule visit to nearest branch/field offices if available
- keep them motivated from day 1
I am afraid if a standard format exists for induction because this is organization specific so you may have to create your own PPTs.

Induction programme for a company forms a crucial part since it provides the outlook and overall appearance of the organisation's existence and achievement....
We basically prepared a corporate video in which all the projects that has been completed and currently in operation are being played...then the companys culture that might be the system that has been followed for the long time will be played....the norms,principles will be explained in breif using slide shows.......At last speech by MD welcoming the joinees....
