Management Lessons From Lord Ganesha

It seems Lord Ganesha is not just the remover of obstacles and a giver of knowledge. He's also a management guru who embodies the qualities needed by a smart manager.
His big head inspires us to dream big and profitably, his big ears instruct us to listen attentively to new ideas and suggestions, his narrow eyes signify the need to concentrate, and his small mouth reminds us that silence is golden.
And these are just some of the lessons that manngers will learn this Ganesh Chaturthi.

Hi All,
I wish to add that Lord Ganesha's long nose indicates that the Managers should be able to smell from a distance. In other words, Managers should be able to smell the dangers and opportunities that are coming up well in advance.
Regards
