Yes, you will received money on submission of Form no 10-C to the concern RPFO/SRO, in case your service is 10 years and more, then it will not be paid to you in that case you have to apply for scheme certificate. Just fill up the form in case your service is less then 10 years (contributing)/

Hi Haresh, Form 10c is for Pension scheme withdrawal, An employee can avail the pension amount after completion of 58 years that is retirement benefit. regards, MLaxmareddy

You can again submit Form no 10C to the concern RO/SRO subject to the condition you service should be less then 10 years, if it is 10 and more then 10 years then you will be eligible for retirement pension benefit. It if compulsorily required to fill up Form no 10 to claim EPS claim.
