I worked with an NGO with 8 years, when I left the job as per HRD rule only 60 EL encashment granted and they calculated my EL on my basic salary. Is it true calculation.

it is true as stated by Mr. Sarath Raja. every time EL/PL are calculted on Basis only. regards Vishal Setia

As I mentioned, I have worked for 8 years from December 15, 2002, to December 28, 2010. Our NGO declared a bonus for the last financial year during Diwali, i.e., from April 1, 2010, to March 31, 2011. Am I eligible for a 9-month bonus? I emailed my company to request the 9-month bonus, but I haven't received a reply to date. What should I do? Please suggest.
