I would suggest these two topics " Importance of HR's Roles on Corportate Excellence" or " Avenues in HR" for your boss to present in Management Institute.
we should motivte young HRs to equip themselvs according to their future corportate roles & Responsibility for achieving organization's Goal.
Young HR students would pay greater attention to this topic...
