Can HRA be equal to Basic?
What is the minimum gross salary for all the indian states according to the law?
In case of any voilation of minimum wages what are the things need to be done ?

Minimum wages will differ to region and according to work carried out and types of manufacturing... so you can very well browse the minimum wages PDF in net use it..
Basic and HRA cannot be equal .. since Basic is the minimum guarantee of the monthly remuneration.. but HRA is House Rent Allowance... in India most of the companies doesn't have the HRA component in their salary...
In case of any violation of Minimum wages... you will be questioned by IOF and if you are not amended newly ... you would be penalized...
