Proper Person Certificate Usage and Withdrawal from Deceaseds Account: Guidance on Bank Policies - CiteHR

One of my friend's husband passed away 2 months ago, and now she has the Letters of Administration in hand. His bank accounts have been locked without notification of his death. Can we use these Letters of Administration to withdraw the money from his account? Is it a one-time withdrawal or can it be done multiple times? Please provide me with your suggestions.

Thank you.

As far as I know, a proper person's certificate will 100% help your friend to withdraw money from her husband's account, but I am not sure if the bank will allow withdrawing the full amount from his account because everything depends on the bank's policies. I advise you to check with the respective bank manager.
