Dear Freinds,
I am Working with a MNC COMPANY as a HR Executive on Third Party onroll. I have not appointment letter.
When i join this Company I don't no I am third party onroll but after 15 days after my joining i have informed by HR. Manager that you are not in our onroll.
I am very disappointing. What I should i do? Can anyone advice me?

Though you are on Third Party payroll, they must give you the appointment letter from the Consultancy on whose payroll you are.. Ask from them...
Since you have started your career its seems, you can continue there for reasonable time, learn things and than you can plan to move...But see to it that you recieve your appointment letter....
