search for the option of import from excel file and import all details in that then upload it.

From ESIC Portal you can download sample excel templet. There you'll get the instruction and a empty excel sheet. You just fill the excel sheet as given and upload the data from excel file) when you're online. For any quary you can follow the instruction given with it. I think it'll help you to do the work very easily. You can find the file in " FILE MONTHLY CONTRIBUTION" option.
