There is no restriction and no specific approvals required for deployment of security personnel on company rolls. For every process there will be pros & cons, like that here also.
I suggest to go for one semior person like Security officer / Incharge from the company to take care of all security / admn activities from the company side rest people like security guards & supervisors in shifts from contractor. This helps the company in reducing the financial implications & if the company employes opted for Unionization then there is every chance of Security personnel also may join the union, in addition to this there is every possibility that the security guards may take a lenient view on the employees if they are from the company hence a mix of company and contract people are advisable.

Dear Prashant ji,
If you are engaged your own security personnel for your industry there will be comming under you rolls. If you are givig service to any Pvt. Security agency they are comming under contract labour Act. But in some state the Pvt. Security agencies are comes under Minimum Wages (Ex. Andhra Pradesh) in that case even if you engaged contractr services also you have to observe the Minimum Wages as stipulated by the respective state governments schedule of employments. The G.O. is in this citehr please search.

Dear Mr. Prashant,
It is rightly said by kraos_1954@ that you can recruit One person in the rank of Security Manager/Officer who should well versed with latest security systems, gadgets and implementation and other people can be outsourced. This would reduced your risk of providing all the perks and benefits as per Company rules. Security person any Company do not join the strike though they are the member of the Union.
