Dear All,
We want to employ some of our workers on a Fixed Tenure Contract (FTC) basis. I am in need of a template for the letter regarding this matter. I have attempted to search on Cite HR and Google; however, I have been unsuccessful in finding one.
Therefore, I kindly request that if anyone possesses a template of this nature, please share it with me.
Please assist as necessary.

Dear Nipuna,
Thank you for your help. However, the FTC letter format that I need is not satisfied by this contract letter. Essentially, I would like to clarify that we are planning to hire Office Boys on a Fixed Tenure Contract basis for two years. During this period, we will provide them with extra compensation for any additional hours worked, i.e., Overtime (OT) on a per-hour basis.
I require a letter that meets these specifications.

You can just edit a few lines, such as:
1) 'trainee' can be changed to 'designation of office boys'
2) 'salary' can be changed to 'rate per hour', etc.
You have to do the work, dear. Everything cannot be customized to your requirement. Just make some necessary changes. Delete clauses that are not applicable to your needs.
