Hi,
Ours is a Leather Export company and we have several factories in Kolkata . So I am conducting this programme today in the afternoon:
We are doing plantation of saplings on Monday, 6th June in their all the factory compounds. All the employees are very enthusiastic. It would be a programme of about 15 min in each location and the plantation will be done by the workers themselves. Some photographs will also be taken and displayed on the notice board.

Well, I do not believe that you have be in a particular industry for planting tress. But anyways, you can organize a PPT show made on "mother earth and need to save environment" and show it on projector may b in the evening and request the director to plant a tree at the entrance of the office or may be two or three pots at the entrance and organize all employees . It will take you maximum 20 min.
