Hi Dilip,
Thanks for continued posting of good articles from economic times. It is true that success is build on failures. There is a saying that "Success comes by experience, experience comes by failure". We find so many examples of companies that failed miserably before becoming immensely successful. In many examples these companies reversed their failure in success by just solving a very small problem inside.
It also reminds me of a famous Malcom Gladwell's Book "Tipping Point".
