i require your help regarding the treining given to MBA students.
actually i have been appoited as a assistant HR in a company since 1 month. its my first job and i have been given the responsibility to impart training to MBA students in HR field.
i wanted to know that what topics should i cover and how afficiantly i can performe this job... wt points i should take care while giving training.

Hi
First identify in which subject they are interested like HR Gen, HR Operations, Recruitment, Training...etc.
Then slowly transfer them data entry job related to HR. Then slowly ask them source CV, Schedule interviews etc...
In the process you guide them train them, correct them if they mistake......

Please give more information about your organisation (how large it is and what they do, etc) and also about the nature and duration of the training. Are the students coming there as interns or to do their final project?

hiii.
my company is basically a mining company and has more then 500 employees including workers. its a multinational compny. and the students who have came are to do their project as a part of MBA study. the training is for 8 weeks. here they have to understand the practical aspect of HR. like wt kind of difficulty the MGMT faces while dealing with the situation... they have to understand that wt kind of situation we have to face in real life in Hr
and as i have just joined. i have very less idea about all this... i need the topic on which firstly i understand and then make them understand...
