I am starting a new start-up. I have hired 12 freshers, all from different sectors:
- 3 freshers in Marketing
- 3 freshers in Content Development
- 2 freshers in Designing
- 3 freshers as IT trainees

Initially, I need to train them to work efficiently for a minimum of 6 hours per day. My work will mainly involve:
1) Marketing strategies
2) Researching online
3) Creating materials, etc.

I want to know the best way to operate in this environment, how to train them effectively, plan daily tasks, provide motivation, and conduct weekly evaluations. Kindly assist me in this regard.
