Hi All, I am working in a IT Company as admin here and i was asked to do take care of HR Admin Activities and i have no experience in it and it is a company which started recently. what would be the HR Admin Activities. There is no particular format here for employees regarding their attendance,leaves etc any thing it's just like a starting company what would be my initial HR Admin activities to start up and what are the thing i should start implementing please help me.
