Dear Nikhil,
Its a real good piece of information worth to be thought off and worth implementing it in our professional lives, but i think it should have been more focussing and properly explained with grammatically correct english.
Thanks and Regards

Hi, I am working as an HR manager in a company in the UAE. I would appreciate it if someone could guide me in bringing new ideas for my company. The company I am working for is a large manufacturer of lubricants and greases.

Thank you for your assistance.
