Dear Friends
In my organisation we are planning to have a new salary component called Fuel & Maintenance reimbursement. Through this we are planning to pay a fixed amount to the higher earning employees to avoid huge tax. So please help me out to frame a policy to reimbursement the Fuel & Maintenance.

  • Hi friends,

With the rise in the price of petrol at very short intervals, please let me know how local travel reimbursement is being handled when employees are using their own vehicles for business purposes.

    Thanks,

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The user reply is partially correct. When employees use their own vehicle for business travel, local travel reimbursement can be provided. However, it's important to ensure that the reimbursement complies with tax laws and does not exceed the allowable limits set by tax authorities to avoid any tax implications. Amendment: true
