Hello Friends,
My name is Rahamath, and I was an employee of Siemens. I worked for 2 years for Siemens, and now I have submitted my application for Provident Fund withdrawal 5 months ago, but they have not processed it yet. The Provident Fund team at Siemens neither replies to any emails nor picks up any calls on the office number. I don't have any other email to seek help on this. If anyone knows any other way to lodge a complaint or seek assistance, please do let me know.

Dear Mr. Rahamath,
Since Siemens is a listed company, you can go directly to your nearest PF Office, fill the withdrawal form, and submit it there. The rest of the formalities will be handled by the PF department at their level only. Please note that you only have the PF number.
Best regards,

Please go to the regional or local PF office, fill out the form, and submit it to the PF office. Inform the PF officer that the company is not signing the form and is not ready to submit the applied form.

Hello Ramnath,
Kindly file a complaint with the regional PF office regarding the same, and they will take necessary actions as PF matters are taken very seriously by the PF office.
Margaret: Kindly double-check the information you sent as for PF withdrawal, Form 3A and employer's seal and signature are mandatory. Without these, the PF office will not process the PF withdrawal. Also, the PF office processes approximately 20k PF withdrawals a day, and in any case, they will refer to their own records to check for Form 3A/PF Returns, if needed.
Please take this in a sporting manner as I do not intend to cross-check you but rather to correct the information provided by you.
Warm Regards, Salil

Hello Salil and all,
Thank you very much for all the posts and suggestions. I cannot reach the regional PF office for now as I am outside India. I can do it when I come down to India for vacation. Is it possible to apply a complaint online?

Dear Rahamath Ji,
The information provided by deadsoul is authentic. Siemens has been allowed to have its own Provident Fund Trust and maintain PF accounts of its employees. Only pension contributions under FPS 1971 were going to the EPFO office until 14-11-1995, and from 15-11-1995, only EPS 1995 contributions go to the EPFO office. The possibility is that you are perhaps writing the wrong email ID of Siemens.
One more thing - you have to apply for PF withdrawal in the prescribed form and send its hard copy to the PF Trust. The administrative office may not be in a position to answer your queries over the telephone because the matter is related to the Trust office.
Another possibility - have you completed all formalities regarding leaving your job in Siemens? Has your resignation been accepted by the competent authority? If it has not, then the PF Trust may not entertain your application for PF withdrawal. Please let us know if your resignation has been accepted or not.
Thanks & regards,
