People should be aware of the unpleasant behavior of Team Leaders, HR, and Managing Directors in that environment so they can be cautious.

A classic case of how the best can always be abused or misused... considering what CiteHR had to offer in terms of knowledge updating and advice without any expectations, it's ironic how some people choose to use it the wrong way.
I guess S. Sethupathy is being proven wrong [Everything will be changed]—some things and some people never ever change, I guess... until they get hit badly and experience the consequences of their actions themselves :-)
